The Old Brick Playhouse holds three summer
camps for students from age 5 through high school aimed at teaching
theatre basics including make-up, set design, a variety of acting
styles, and much more. Camps include:
CAMP KIDS PLAYHOUSE
This week-long day camp will be focused on teaching students the
basics of acting in prototypical Vaudevillian-style theatre of the
1900s. On Friday at noon, parents, family and friends are invited
to come see a showcase of our campers’ work. Activities will include:
A Vaudeville film review, stage trick scavenger hunt, a circus makeup
workshop, lessons in slapstick and pratfalls, and a turn of the century
sing-about.

Studi-Oli-O Camp
Studi-oli-o is a week-long day camp for middle and high school students.
It teaches the fundamentals in many acting styles including mime,
musical theatre, improvisation , classic comedy, clowning and farce.
