The Old Brick Playhouse holds three summer
camps for students from age 5 through high school aimed at teaching
theatre basics including make-up, set design, a variety of acting
styles, and much more. Camps include:
CAMP KIDS PLAYHOUSE • Trifles, Fetes & Folderol
Join in this midsummer frolic as The Old Brick Playhouse staff leads
an exploration of theatre and revelries of the Renaissance period.
Activities include Renaissance pantomimes, apple bobbing, hoop and
stick games, the knight dragon and castle maze, medieval dancing,
stage jousting and countless other pleasantries. Space is limited.
Preregistration is mandatory.

student. Registration is limited and a $75 non-refundable deposit
(per student) is required for pre-registration by June 1st, 2010.
The balance is due on the first day of class.
Studi-Oli-O Camp
This five-session day camp for middle and high school students explores
many different styles of acting - including musical theatre, improvisation,
classic comedy, monologue performances, and
physical comedy. The curriculum is designed much like a postsecondary
theatre course and gives each student the opportunity to try their
hand at a collection of theatre genres.
